Quite flavorful.

I like hot food. I am not one of those idiots that tries to "out hot" the next guy.[1] If a sauce or pepper, or food additive doesn't add flavor to the dish, it is not for me. I respect Scoville[2] and use spices according to who is eating my food and what I like. I am not out to punish or to prove how macho an eater might be.

That being said, I have a large collection of hot sauces.[3] I have been buying, trying, and displaying them for over 20 years. Sure, I eat a lot of them, and sometimes I tell my friends just how good or bad a sauce is. But I will never endorse a sauce that is stupid hot, with no flavor, just for the sake of being hot.
