relax faggot, this is a work in progress. and there is a hell of a lot more information, pictures and opinions that you won't care about that are forthcoming.

Quite flavorful.

I like hot food, but only when it is done to create a dish that is delicious. I am not one of those idiots that tries to "out hot" the next guy.[1] If a sauce or pepper, or food additive doesn't add flavor to the dish, it is not for me. I respect Scoville[2] and use spices according to who is eating my food and what I like. I am not out to punish or to prove how macho an eater might be.

That being said, I have a large collection of hot sauces.[3] I have been buying, trying, and displaying them for over 20 years. Sure, I eat a lot of them, and sometimes I tell my friends just how good or bad a sauce is. But I will never endorse a sauce that is stupid hot, with no flavor, just for the sake of being hot.

FAILURE.

Hot Sauce is yet another half-assed attempt at making an article. It is either not finished or the asshole who started it has forgotten about it. You can help by reminding this blog's author that he is failing at certain pages. Other articles that are similar failures:
