Quote.png It’s undeniably thrilling to find words for our strangest feelings. -- The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is most compelling when Koenig casts light into lonely corners of human experience Quote1.png

Just when you thought you were well settled, understanding of your place in life, and comfortable with how things happen, somebody comes along and starts making up words. No, don't pay attention to real problems that require real solutions, that doesn't matter! We have new words to describe shit that never happened, just see!

And then, of course, the internet starts sucking the author's penis like it's a double-dipped chocolate and cookie dough ice cream pie (complete with the rainbow sprinkles). The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is a tool of division at best. At worst, it is yet another attack on humanity in the guise of whimsy and playfulness, designed to destroy real comprehension

Quote.png The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is a website, book, and YouTube channel, created by John Koenig, that coins and defines neologisms for emotions that do not have a descriptive term. The dictionary includes verbal entries on the website with paragraph-length descriptions and videos on YouTube for individual entries. Quote1.png

Coins and defines, huh? Sounds to me like making shit up. Also, the word salad bullshit used to describe the book is next-level brown-nosing by elitist snobs looking for the next vogue crap to shovel on the average person.

Makes me want to "coin and define" the following word: panderasslicking.
