Further Info: Reminder: This happened over an online post that complained about the theft of motorcycles by the chinese police. 🤔
He repeatedly excuses the crime by claiming he was drunk, and he probably ended up getting off with a fine and a light beating. The video is a helpful reminder that freedom of speech is a radical concept and currently allowed by de jure and de facto law only in USA.[1]
