The Mystery of Epstein Island is a video game that was made by anon user "Sapo" back in 2020 during that whole mess. Sadly, the game is no longer easy to find. Thus, I can only give you a video and a few links. There is also an archive of Sapo's tarot deck that can be found here.
Apu Apustaja is searching for Tendie Island, a magical paradise of chicken tendies and comfy nappy times, so his mother told him. She told him that is the place he will go to, after selling him to a strange group of men who call themselves "The Finders". In his quest for Tendie Island, whilst sailing the Seven Seas, our loveable simpleton gets his boat stolen by a ghetto mermaid and drifts ashore on Little Saint James, an island in the Caribbean owned by the late billionaire philanthropist Jeffrey Epstein. There he meets all sorts of colorful characters and he discovers that there is more to this island than meets the eye...
