I am not going to make a template out of this because I don't like the way wikipedia nests templates within templates. I want an open code that can be modified for each page that it goes on and not some obscure crap that you have to search and hunt down just to use.
If you want to use this info box, copy and paste the code found in the editing section (the button up there on the right) and put it into the page you are making. Edit it as you see fit. Change the text, the image, and the colors.
