What Is It?

Well now, I am glad you asked. Aside from SharkBite[1] fittings, these things are the second greatest fitting of all time. They are PVC plastic[2] in a grade that allows up to 450 psi.[3] This means they are incredibly the right choice for water main repairs.

So You Gotta Fix Some Shit

I am not going to bore you with the details. A water main has been damaged, okay? You don't need to know the names or faces of the dipshits involved.
