SLAPP CO`- is the greatest chatter on the Rizon IRC server. As you might expect, he is the CEO and founder of the Slap Corporation. This business makes it it's business to slap irc chatters when they need to be slapped. SLAPP CO`- conducts such slapping in an "as needed" capacity. Unfortunately most chatters need such slapping actions due to the fact that they are unworthy, small, or German.
