Of course, you can do all this stuff yourself and make a "homemade" version of it with fresh ingredients, but I used the cans. Artichoke and Heart of Palm Salad is incredible. You can take it to your cook out or potluck, and nobody will eat it because nobody knows what the hell a Heart of Palm is. That means you get to take it home and eat it all.

Ingredients

One 16 ounce can of Hearts of Palm. Packed in water is preferable.
One 16 ounce can of artichoke hearts. I prefer the quarters as they are bite sized. Also, don't use the marinated ones.
One block of solid feta cheese.
20 or 30 large Spanish Queen olives. I have used the feta stuffed and the garlic stuffed. Both are good.
Frank's Red Hot© to taste. You will need the vinegar and salt in this sauce to help the final product.
Salt
Black Pepper
MSG
One lime

Method

Drain all canned ingredients and take the olives out of their jar. No packing liquid is needed. In a large mixing bowl, dump the artichokes. Take the hearts of palm out of the can. They will look like long white cylinders. Slice them up into bite sized pieces. Put them and the whole olives in the bowl with the artichokes.
