I didn't know this was going to happen as I originally made a meatloaf a few weeks ago out of the blue. I hadn't made a meatloaf in over a decade because my wife said she hated them. I happen to like them, but I do not like the normal meatloaf setup with ketchup and brown sugar and such. I tend to like a more savory loaf of meat. recipes and tweeking
As I have said, I haven't made a meatloaf in over a decade. This time around, I consulted about three idiots online, mostly to get the oven temp and the cooking time. I had no use for their list of ingredients.
